Sidcup Space operates from 1 Hatherley Rd, Sidcup, DA14 4BH. We provide private hourly room hire for therapists, tutors, beauty practitioners, sports massage therapists and professionals. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Sidcup Space.

We collect the following information when you use this website:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. Collected when you use our enquiry form.
- Analytics data — page views, traffic sources, approximate location (country/region), device type. Collected via Google Analytics 4 if installed. No personally identifiable information is collected in analytics.
- Email address — if you contact us directly by email.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a viewing of the space
- To manage your booking once approved
- To contact you with information about your booking or relevant updates (if you have opted in)

Enquiry form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We do not store form data on our servers beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry. Email correspondence is stored securely in our email account.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain enquiry and booking correspondence for up to 3 years for business and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
