Sidcup Space is a private room hire venue located at 1 Hatherley Rd, Sidcup, DA14 4BH, operated by Practitioners Rooms Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to use of this website and to the hiring of rooms at Sidcup Space.
2. Website use
By using this website you agree to these terms. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or in any way that disrupts the website or its services.
The content on this website is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
3. Room hire — booking and approval
All new users must complete a viewing of the space before their first booking. Sidcup Space reserves the right to decline any booking or application at its discretion.
A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Sidcup Space. Enquiry submissions do not constitute a confirmed booking.
4. Payment
Room hire is charged at the agreed hourly rate plus VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Sidcup Space reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge. Sidcup Space reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
6. Use of the space
Users of Sidcup Space agree to:
- Use the room only for the purpose stated at the time of booking
- Leave the room clean and tidy at the end of the session
- Comply with all health and safety requirements on the premises
- Not cause damage to the property or equipment
- Not use the space for any illegal activity
- Ensure all clients and visitors behave appropriately on the premises
Any damage caused by a user or their clients will be charged at cost. Sidcup Space reserves the right to terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
7. Liability
Sidcup Space is not liable for the loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate professional insurance for their activities. Sidcup Space's liability is limited to the cost of the booking in question.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, images, logos and video is owned by or licensed to Sidcup Space. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
